「The room was immaculately clean. Everything in it was new. I was happy with the price for what I needed which was simply a nice clean bed in a clean inn for a few hours of sleep during a road trip. It was just a short drive from Huntsville which I wanted to checkout the next day. I grabbed a latte from the Mallard coffee place down the street. The staff was very friendly also!」

「The room was in unacceptable condition. There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor.
Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded...
