"Hotel was clean , beautiful island, food nearby. This was my first time visiting and I wish the staff would’ve given me information on excursions. No one tells you what there is to do so I would say plan ahead and have your itinerary of activities ready. We had to figure everything out on our own. The hotel spa is amazing!! Also a little heads up the hotel doesn’t have a normal shower, the shower has a small half door which makes it next to impossible to shower without getting the whole bathroom floor wet. The hotel doesn’t really have much going on at the pool no live dj or pool parties. It is more of a relaxing vibe not a party vibe hotel."

"The resort has a great location, but be aware some of the buildings are up a STEEP hill and a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. They do have vans for shuttling around, but that takes time and getting in and out. The rooms were nice although a little dated. Cleaning was very efficient and thorough. The staff as well as everyone on the island is super friendly. They are not the most efficient, but will help when asked. The location of the resort makes it walkable to get to the main drag in Simpson Bay to avoid taking the car (PARKING!). Overall it's a great place to stay, especially at the low season rates."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and willing to answer any questions. The balcony we had overlooking the the resort was beautiful. We were on the hill in the 10th building and it was beautiful at night with the colors and lights. The swim up bar was amazing! Very friendly bartender! Swimming at night with the lights and ability to get food was a nice touch. Definitely would stay there again if in St Thomas, Virgin Islands."

"Our stay was delightful. The staff is so kind and helpful. The room was clean with everything you could need. Views are 10/10 and there are restaurants so close to the hotel even on the premises. I will definitely be staying here again.."

"Overall a great experience. Runs were very clean and plenty of AC. The pill was nice, just needs a little maintenance on tiles to be really nice. The staff was awesome-CeeJay, Chris and Nubi at the Veranda were very nice and fun to be around. The only downside was the whiff of sewer that was coming from somewhere in the area near the entrance of the property, but never smelled it from rims or anywhere else. We had a great time."
