I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. 「The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.」

「Good value for money. Rooms felt a bit dated and bedding was awful. No glasses or drinking water provided in rooms. We couldn't get a sea facing room amd got one overlooking the splash park/road, which was quite noisy and not very pleasant. Swimming facilities were good and access to the private beach was nice. Food - very good for a 3* hotel. I've been to many 4* hotels where food was a lot worse, so we were pleasantly surprised.」
