「The fridge wasn’t working, but after 2 calls, they brought a new one to my room. Also, I called the day before to see if the pool was open because on the site, it said it was closed. When I arrived, they said the pool was working but I didn’t bring a swimsuit.」

「10/10 I recommend, the only issue there was, the tv isn't a smart tv so bring a roku stick or amazon stick. Everything else was perfect down to the pool, hotub, bedding, water pressure, breakfast, parking and the staff were amazing.」

「We like the Hyatt but the beds were so uncomfortable. They looked older and over used. There were questionable stains on the wall. We ran into an issue with parking for valet. The hotel adjusted this. Great location for walkable restaurants. We do like the location and the amenities they offered like the washing machine and the little market. It was just not a great sleep for us.」

「Staff was very helpful and polite, though the room I stayed in (201) had ants everywhere, mostly in the corner of the room next to the bed.」

「Overall my stay was pleasant. Waited a few minutes to check in because no one was working the counter. Room was small but comfortable. Little shocked to find a condom wrapper on the floor but otherwise the room was clean. Wish they would air condition the hallway and common areas. It was a little stuffy.」

「The hotel was generally fine, but the breakfast was a major disappointment. Considering the high ratings on Booking and Expedia, I expected much better. The breakfast selection was very limited and not what I would expect from a 3-star hotel. To make matters worse, all the plates, forks, knives, and spoons were disposable plastic items. This felt cheap and significantly detracted from the overall experience. The breakfast service does not match the hotel’s ratings and should be improved.」
