「Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small but totally functional, plenty of tea/coffee etc and toiletries. Bed very comfy. I had ordered a continental breakfast, which was ok, mini croissants and pain au chocolat, usual array of cereals, ham and cheese, could have been slightly more inventive (or bigger selection), the overnight oats with fruit compote was very tasty. The restaurant had a good selection of dishes, reasonably priced. Excellent location for me as I was at an event...

「I didn't actually stay at the Bell, I was taken into hospital with Pneumonia but I wanted to say how fabulous Catherine was after Expedia had neglected to send me a confirmation email so I was unable to cancel in the time frame required. The customer service from Catherine was over and above, she is a reason I would want to stay at the Bell. It's rare to receive support, understanding and recognition that customer service is the backbone of a business and I can't praise her enough. I」
