「When I got to my room, it was not ready, no bed linen or towels. This is most unusual, anyway, the staff were on it straight away and before too long I was in a prepared room. While to done this might not be the most positive review, these things happen and things do get missed. It's how it all gets sorted that matters. 」

「Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

「 Such a cute property. Martin was super helpful and helped us navigate the area as it was our first time visiting. Walkable area. 」

「The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. 「Our stay began with one of our party having to chase up information about the lockbox number, without which no access to the doorkey was possible. The information eventually reached us but failed to mention that the door locks to anyone on the outside when pulled shut, and this was only discovered later in the day when we were trying to get our child to sleep which was fairly disruptive.
