Such a unique place to stay. Has all that you need, rooms are spacious, staff super helpful. The information sheet helped as we needed to book the local taxi service, free wifi and good check out time for the weekend. Check out is simple too

Brilliant for the money

We stayed here for 5 nights, a little dated but clean, super comfy and the hosts were lovely. We used the lodge as a base. Travel links were amazing and everything you could possibly need with in a short distance.

A pleasant stay.

Hunt Lodge is very dated and the furniture and fittings have seen better days however it was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. It is in a very pleasant location overlooking green space with easy parking and was excellent value. I would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms close to the train station and restaurants. Have been there on many occasions and have found a consistent quality and a cheerful reception.

Hunt Lodge is a very short walk from the station and a kittle further into the town centre. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff are really friendly & helpful. This was the second time we have used the Hunt Lodge & plan to use it again when visiting family in Leighton Buzzard.

Good for a night's stay

We had to wait 10 minutes for a member of staff to arrive to let us in as there's no staff until 3pm and she was delayed in traffic, luckily the weather was nice. She was very apologetic and said we could have an extra hour on checkout. The room was clean and had coffee and tea facilities. The only criticism was the floor would creek on every foot step, so quite noisy.

The room was old fashioned but clean. It was let down by the shower. It ran very hot & the shower head just trickled out. The staff were very friendly. The central location was good

The place feels more like a halfway house than a hotel. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom, room is tiny, bed is absolutely awful. Check on was basic and the whole thing feels poorly handled. Stay elsewhere if you can, the only plus is it’s near the station, but yeah, it’s a dump.

Good location with parking. I arrived in a heat wave, unable to open any windows and nobody on site after 7pm. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel but the price was good!

Room cleaned daily. Window opened slightly each day. Bit of a security risk as walk out onto the balcony from the stairwell and yiu an get into the room. Shower was crap . Not enough water flow and mixer doesnt control . Also occasionally drips . Tv doesnt work . Remote control doesnt work. Tried new batteries and still not working.

Smokers balcony outside window totally disgusting

The room was ok for the money, except the most revolting smokers balcony right outside my upstairs room. Got woken at 8.00 am by someone outside smoking and coughing a revolting smokers cough. He left the door open so the smell and cold going all the way up corridor. This could not be more revolting. Get the smokers in the car park and right away from the place. There was also a full ashtray on the table outside all night, so it’s not even tidied up. Honestly just gross. I’m definitely not the clientele you are trying to attract. The room is tired but comfortable, and it was cheap.

The room was far too dirty, bathroom lights flickering on and off, not all sheets were clean, there were burnt cigarette marks on the curtains. The bed was not secured to the ground and moved very easily, the room did not feel secure as the door did not lock properly and there was limited privacy as there was a big gap between the door and the frame. Generally, there were dirt marks all on the wall, the windows were single pane and rattled whenever a car drove past. I do think the hotel needs a refurbish!

Ok stay pulled up to the hotel police searching someone so was a little worried about parking my car toilet had a problem with plumbing which caused the toilet to leak.
