"We had the XL room for our family of 5 - me, my husband, our 11 year old, 8 year old and 6 month old. The room was almost like a suite - two double/twin beds (plus cotbed), a sofa, chairs and a desk and chair, plus toilet and shower (separated from the rest of the room by a curtain, but that was fine). Very helpful staff and the hotel also has a coffee shop, which we didn’t try but looked very nice."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Very close to the train station and the cathedral. The staff were extremely helpful, and our connecting rooms were lovely. We drank in the bar and had amazing cocktails. The only fault - we had to pay a security deposit of €100 that we were assured would be given back immediately. It has still not been refunded 6 says later even after request."

"Hotel is in a great location - just off the beaten track but close to everything one needs. Close to shops, restaurants and transport links (there's an underground entrance hidden near by). The room (2nd floor) was good; clean, large, AC, etc - only problem was flooding by shower. Breakfast is very good - wide choice. Didn't use Spa. Would stay here again."
