「Don’t stay here. Weird smell, always felt dirty, and sketchy. The pool was not usable.」

「We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.」

「This was our 4th visit and love it here. It’s very conveniently located to family we visit. It is clean and very quiet at night. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We had an issue with the TV and staff arrived immediately to fix it. Nice breakfast set up every morning. Already planning our next visit.」

「I paid with my Apple Card, but the Home2 Suites by Hilton Wildwood the Villages staff said they didn't receive the payment and asked me to make a second payment, which I declined，My credit card was still charged!」

「Bugs all over front room, cockroach dead next to candy wrapper on floor. Little reptile that got under unsealed front door. Centipedes in bathtub. Arrived late couldn’t get checked out fast enough.」

「Please be prepared to spend on food they don’t provide breakfast . Wolfgang pick is pretty expensive, but food is super amazing , if your up for fine dining and great atmosphere, that’s the place ….」

「Shawn the front desk person was very helpful and polite. The continental breakfast is not good at all. The apple and orange juice tasted terrible. The only bread there was rye. They had bagels, the only fruit there was bananas and they were overripe. Not a continental breakfast at ALL.」
