「They mention the reception provide 24-hour service but there is only security staff on duty at night. The security guard can't provide service e.g. request for toilet paper, how to operate laundry machine, etc」

「Really lovely apartments, clean and spacious. The reception staff were exceptional, giving advice and storing our luggage. Great central location. The only slight downside was that the appointment was not ready for check in at 4pm and my 80 year old father struggled having to wait that extra hour in the Cannes heat.」

「Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.」
