The staff was friendly but lied on us about the air conditioning system in our room. It was terrible no air conditioner we didn’t sleep well those days . ☹️

Great for the price. Breakfast was lovely, all staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool is nice, and the rooms are definitely adequate although dated. Downsides: not great for dinner / lunch food or drinks, and better book transportation in advance to avoid long waiting times. Otherwise, a good and very reasonably priced spot from where to explore Cannes & Antibes.

The attendant named Marc was worth the price of admission. Very friendly and helpful. You have to register online before checking in and they give you a gate code which gets you inside where the attendant will give you the keys. It's a little different than I was used to. But the place overall was very clean, comfortable and has a beautiful pool and a great breakfast which is included on the price. I would highly recommend

Functional apartment. Central. Downside was the shower exhaust fan not working and a fridge that seemed temperamental. When you are charging 200 Euros a night we expect that these things are attended to. Also kitchen amenities were lacking. There was no kettle. And finally room cleaning was infrequent. On a positive note I found staff helpful. What really lets this place down though was the smokers near the stairs. Smoke wafted into corridors.

Our stay was fine however the pictures made it look a look nicer than it actually was so we were disappointed when we arrived. It was very basic and a bit like a youth hostel/ prison type feel

The stuff is excellent and makes the stay a very positive experience. You can see that there are a lot of long term guests on the premises what makes it interesting. The pool area is very clean and a highlight. The value you get for what you pay is good, if the price would be increased more investment into the property can be done. Big thanks to the stuff! KR

Pictures are very misleading. The property is very bad maintained. It was acceptable clean on the main areas but we found old pasta at the fridge. No soap in the bathroom! We were 4 and we had only 2 towels. There was a kitchenette but not even a glass or a coffee maker or coffee of any kind.

It was the worst experiencie we had. We arrive to check in at 20 pm, but there was nobody there. No human being from the hotel to do the check in. The put a phone number on the door "if you arrive later, please call xxx number". We called that number any times, may be 20 times, but nothing, the number didn`t work. The next morning, people from Zenitude told me they give back our money of the reservation (we have already pay it), but later, Expedia told us Zenitude deny to give our money back. Awful experiencie.

Zenitude Antibes was surprisingly excellent. We were used to stay in properties that are 3 or 4 stars, but due to our proximity to parking our car between Marseille and the rest of the Côte d'Azur, this was a very convenient location. Although we were a little confused to getting off the A8 off-ramping to the property, it was easy enough after we arrived. The property was very clean. It had all the kitchen and cooking utensils we would need for daily meal prep. The pool was very attractive and was very well maintained and long. One could do full lapses. Meanwhile, we were also surprised by the Sauna and Workout room. Our room had a huge terrace (150 SF) and a dining table for us to eat outside. The quality of the hanging rack and tables were average, we would consider this a 3-star property in the US, maybe slightly above a AC or Best Western upgraded. Parking was free and very convenient as well once you get used to the labyrinth of the many A, B, C, D buildings. And getting in and out of the property was very easy. The check-in staff was very friendly, even though Luis intially did not find our restaurant. Overall: B
