I spent one night with my family at the B&B Hotel Orange. Easy access to the parking lot with plenty of space for any type of car. Easy automatic check-in to get the room access code. Very supportive on-call service support to address issues. Clean room, good beds and bathrooms, mine had no windows.

The check-in process is not always straightforward. It would be better if the process was explained during the first communication that comes through at the time of booking. The room was clean, if basic. Being close to the centre of town, the hotel is in a good location for food and local entertainment. Staff are light on the ground so make sure you have everything you need before checking in or out.

We arrived past 14:00 and after some difficulties checking in, we found out that our room was not ready. We were also asked to pay for the room in order to check in even though we had already paid via Expedia, and the payment had been charged to our credit card.

Väldigt varmt rum och högljudd AC

Bra när man endast behöver ett ställe att sova på vid genomresa. Däremot var det otroligt varmt i rummet vilket gjorde att de inte blev många timmars sömn. Det fanns AC som vi fick använda oss av däremot lätt den extremt högt.

Globalement insatisfait par mon séjour dans cet établissement dû au fait que nous avons obtenu notre chambre à 18h passé alors que nous étions arrivés à 16h30 et surtout qu'il était stipulé dans la réservation un check in à partir de 14h.. Nous avons de ce fait perdu un temps précieux sur notre séjour.
