The location was perfect, being on the main street with a walk to the beach. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Breakfast that we paid extra for was excellent! It was also wonderful to have a pool area with a bar on site.

The hotel location could not be better, right on the Main Street where shops and restaurants are and with only two min walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly, specially the night time receptionists he was so helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of things. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located oasis in Cannes

A very good four star hotel perfectly located in the mid of Cannes four minutes walk from the Croisette. Nice ambiance and efficient staff. With the pool it is like an oasis in the city.

The staff were really lovely, always pleasant, very helpful and happy to accommodate requests. Central location great for eating out, shopping, and a short walk to bus and train station. We used the pool both days and it was always clean, although small, it’s deep at one end making it a great pool to cool off in and sun beds around to get drinks from the bar. Would definitely recommend and come back to if we’re in Cannes again, thank you we had a great stay.

Hotel had a convenient location walking distance to train/bus station for transport to Nice Airport. Bus “Zou” to/from airport cost around 14€. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Did not try the breakfast but is looked a bit boring any plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Hotel is situated at a busy street so expect noise. Rooms fine, beds ok

Stunning, You must stay

Simply perfection!!! The hotel is stunning building. Fantastic location, 5 min walk to train station, 2 min to the beach front. The hotel from the exterior is an old building however inside it's modern, clean stunning. The room is great size, everything you will need is there. The pool isn't huge but just right to cool off. The staff throughout great. I will 100% be coming back here.

Our stay at Hotel Le Canberra in Cannes was great! Staff was great, rooms were in good shape, breakfast was good especially you can boil your own eggs which was a delight over having croissants everyday, pool was warm (kids loved it), and having a gym and a sauna in the hotel was also a plus. My biggest complaint was the bed mattress! It was on the more stiff side. It could defiantly be improved for the future.

Ok but nothing magical.

It was ok, room was nice, but as a gold exclusive member my ‘vip’ booking said I was eligible for a free early check in and late check out as my flights in and out were very early and late, but the reception staff where adamant I could not check in a minute earlier than 3pm and wanted to charge me €100 for a 1 hour late check out. Not much atmosphere in the hotel.

Upon checking in for our 2 day stay, there was glitter on the floor of our room, lots of it. It was clear they did not vacuum the room from the prior guest. Secondly, I went to shower and there was water in the tub, again from the previous guest - quite gross! And lastly, housekeeping did not refresh our towels even though it was clear as day I used them and put them on the floor to be replaced. Good location and walkable to everything but lousy service. Waste of $500/night, stay else where!
