Superb staff. Great place to stay. There is a bus in to Antibes and Nice. A Carrefour supermarket nearby also. To add in a McDonald's and Burger King if you wish. The Hotel has a swimming pool and Gym. There is so much to do in the area that we used it as a base mainly to spend time at Antibes old Town, Nice and Monaco. Great experience one to do. Great and friendly people.

The hotel itself is nice. The location is great for taking public transportation. Had paid for a room with a view but got a junkyard view. The breakfast was absolutely not good. No vegetables. No toaster if you wanted to toast bread. The same boring breakfast every day. We were there for 3 nights. Had no cleaning. Had to go down and get toilet paper that ran out. In my world it's a 2 ** and not a 4!

Very nice but remote

Stayed here for the Rugby World Cup in Nice and we were recommended Antibes as a quiet alternative. Right by the motorway, easy access to Nice, Cannes and Monaco. We had a car and parking was available indoors at a cost. The hotel was excellent though. Clean, friendly staff, great rooms and a nice pool.

The pros of the property are that it is clean and the staff are very kind! The negatives (that I wish I would have known) are that it’s an hour walk (or 40 minute bus ride) to the train station and old town Antibes. Next time, I would just reserve a hotel on the train line in a different town (it would be much easier). Also, the room is very basic: uncomfortable bed, even more uncomfortable pillows, no glass, no drinking water. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing - not many options - definitely skip it.

The stay was great, I was worried after reading some reviews but think it was good overall. My main issue was that was a lack of surfaces in the flat, only one table in the room and no separate outside table but that's not the end of the world. Flat was very clean though and everything basic provided and the pool was lovely. In terms of location, nothing that the hotel can do themselves but I would say it's somewhat difficult to stay here without a car, we did manage with buses but they stop at 9:30pm (but there are taxis). There is a 50 euro deposit requested on arrival, but the website says 200 so that should be updated. You are also expected to remove your rubbish or pay a cleaning fee, but without having a car this is quite difficult. Overall a good stay!

The entire building appears to be newly built and is well maintained. Very spacious and bright interior. The pool was an a great addition. The only down side would be the location. Unless you rent a car, transportation stops are about a 15 min walk and the route to the stop seems a little sketchy.

The property was easy to use, all staff super friendly, an array of facilities but they do not cater for lunch and dinner. Matt from reception was an asset to the hotel with great local knowledge and a collection of great spots shared with us to make our time here even better. Great place but not the most comfortable

The staff were regally nice and lovely, and the place looked amazing and was great. But it wasn’t very comfortable. The mattress was quite thin and the pillows very small - so it didn’t feel like a hotel so much. I woke up with back pain everyday morning. The room was nice and facilities in the kitchen were great. Bathroom was also nice too. Just wish the bed was more comfortable.

Wished my stay was longer!

This trip was part of a longer tour so my stay was only for one night. However, I loved every bit of this hotel. All staff were very friendly and kind to me even though I didnt speak much (any) French (desole). My room was clean and had lots of storage space. I stayed in a double room (without a kitchenette) so I didnt have access to a kettle - thankfully I didnt need it. I really enjoyed swimming in the pool and soaking up the sunshine - this was the main reason I booked this hotel and I'm so glad it delivered. The view from the pool was very peaceful and serene. Hotel location is great overall - with good proximity to Carrefour supermarket, McDonalds AND Burger King plus other restaurant also. I would absolutely recommend this hotel when visiting Antibes.

Practical Location but Lacking in Service

I recently stayed at this hotel in Southern France, and it has a few upsides and downsides worth noting. **Pros:** The location is practical, especially if you have a car. It's a great base for exploring different towns and attractions in the region. The price is reasonable, which makes it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers. **Cons:** However, the service left much to be desired, especially when compared to other apartment hotels in the same category. There was no included cleaning service, which was inconvenient, and no extra towels were provided during our stay. Additionally, there was no free parking available, which added to the overall cost. In summary, while the location and price are appealing, the lack of basic services like cleaning and free parking can be a drawback.
