「Well kept」

「Poorly maintained, very unclean, carpets had urine odor, unclean bedding, elevator was broke. Not a place to stay with family or even alone.」

「The staff were friendly, the room was clean and had a great view. Overall, it was a great experience!」

「This is a fantastic hotel! Parking was safe and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was so nice and inviting and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, a lot of choices. We wîll always stay here when we come to visit the area!」

「Very upscale hotel and room had a beautiful view of the Detroit River. Front desk allowed me to check-in early so that was nice of them. Housekeeping didn't clean on the weekend and I was told it was standard practice to save on resources. While I understand that and didn't need daily housekeeping, it would've been better if I was told that in advance (or if the room had a sign / card indicating that). Rooftop bar is also very nice and there's also a decent sized pool and gym in the basement.」

「I’ve stayed here when it was still Sonder. I would like the hotel to provide square footage of the rooms on booking sites. Also in the past Sonder would offer early check depending on the time at 20 or 30 dollars. Hotel Houze charges 50 dollars regardless of time. The earliest they allow check in is 330. 50 is a bit high for early check in. Other than that 」

「Very nice apartment style rooms. It has all the amenities of gone. Washer and dryer along with silverware plates drinking glasses shot glasses. Coffee maker, and a coffee grinder. Fantastic view. comfortable beds awesome bathroom with shower. Great security and valet parking on site. Restaurants and bars located within the hotel and directly attached next door.
