The hotel itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell throughout. Housekeeping never showed up—not to clean the room or even to provide clean towels, despite the fact that I agreed to receive service. I would never recommend this hotel. I actually felt unsafe during my stay. It is far too expensive for such terrible service and such unclean, poorly kept facilities."

"Horseshoe is in a great location with fantastic restaurants conveniently located inside. There are also a ton of other restaurants located in the vicinity, walking distance. Some of the rooms could use an upgrade & painting, but overall we were pleased with our stay. The slots & drinks at the Horseshoe casino were cool also. "
