「Staff was great rooms were clean and breakfast was fresh」

「Toilet leaked all night for straight three nights. It was terrible, I couldn’t sleep properly. This was not expected from Hilton. We called front desk and I went downstairs twice to tell them, they even arranged maintenance the next day but no one came for the entire stay and we were stuck with noisy situation. This hotel needs better management.」

「The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed. Breakfast during the week was very disappointing (only oat milk for coffee, only turkey sausage, no waffles). But Saturday and Sunday the breakfast buffet was very well stacked.」

「Don’t get in the room first floor by the pool and outside door a lot of noise all hours. Hotel did not have fresh towels available each day and I was only there two days. Remote to tv did not work walked to front desk they didn’t have batteries for it. So no tv. There were other loud noises but the hotel doesn’t have control over but walls must be thin.」

「The area was ok. Check in and check out was fast and smooth. Rooms could've been cleaner. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, but we just needed to sleep and booked here. Parking was great, basically right at each door. No breakfast, but close to some restaurants. 」

「Our stay here was mediocre. Not sure how it an excellent rating because I wasn’t impressed. The good parts were a comfortable bed and easy parking. Bad part was the shower caulking needs to be replaced as it looked moldy and was peeling. There was a razor in the bathroom trash can when we arrived (gross!), so was the room not cleaned well or did someone use it really quick after it had been cleaned…? Additionally, the kitchen area was lacking! Mismatched kitchen ware, looked like they gathered...
