「Yes for the most part. The waffle maker was broken. But the room was clean and nice」

「The staff was always polite and professional. The beds were super comfortable. There was dated wear and tear through out the property. If possible try to get a room on the top floor so you do not hear the loud stomping overhead by other guest. 」

「1. The switch between faucet and shower head is broken. The faucet in the shower tube is leakage. 2. The water from shower head is very small. 3. Great lobby and servants.」

「There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring. 」

「Gym small no more that 2 people can be there also the potatoes for the breakfast were cold. But all the employees great customers service 」

「We had them come up and look at the cords hanging from the AC, he got it working. Always had to ask for cups. No hot tub but the pool was great. Breakfast got a little boring but we were there for 6 days. The staff was very nice. We really liked Tiffany.」

「Bottom line: there was no hot water and the entire hotel smelled. Our actual room seemed clean but everything reeked of something. The shower was ice cold and maintenance was not available to help. The staff, to their credit, offered to switch rooms but there was nothing available on that floor and since we were leaving in a few hours it wasn’t worth moving all the luggage just to possibly still not have hot water. I will never stay here again. 」

「Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again.」

「Staff did not go above and beyond of trying to have my reservation honor. So basically I did not stay at the hotel because of staff saying my reservation wasn’t honored 」

「The staff member I engaged with first was rude and did t care that I had called ahead and there was a note on my account. He never offerd the business working area or to sit in the lobby. I was not impressed initially and the hotel is very dated. Also paid for parking when it never stated anything about that when booking and there wasn’t a parking garage. 」

「Our toilet moved when we sat down. It appeared not to be bolted all the way down. The room phone didn't work. Our room was at the end of the hallway near a cleaning supply room and all I heard was continuous banging. The only perk was the check in clerk. I'm sure of her name; however, she was very pleasant. Provided great service and was engaging. She also recommended a great place for dinner.」
