「该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。」

「We were very pleased with our stay, our room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean which is one of my biggest worries when staying in hotels. The only issue I had was there was no room service available and the restaurant wasn’t open as they had a busy day. We ordered fast food for delivery but I would have much rather of had something from the hotel as I’m sure food there would have been lovely. Staff were really friendly on our arrival and as we were leaving. 」

「在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。 飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。」

「Beautiful setting in a country house right in the village of Burley. Walk past green pastures,along the driveway and you are there. Sit on the front patio and watch the deer walk by, and eat right in front of you. Two comfortable lounges, and a Bar, really nice Dining Room. Full Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu's. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Tea and Expresso, complimentary water and sparkling water.」

「From check in to check out, the service provided was excellent. The staff were ever helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The food options ranged from exceptional restaurant to bar snacks, all of which were delicious. The ‘sports facilities’ were limited but more than adequate. Lovely walk around the estate. 「To be honest I should have booked directly with Carey’s Manor. Probably my fault but I did not realise that I was booking only a room for my husband and I, no breakfast! Things have changed now one has to pay for a cooked breakfast and with you also the continental one! Carey’s Manor were very understanding and gave us complimentary continental breakfasts. Now they allow dogs to stay which put us off even though guests with dogs are given dog friendly rooms. One bounded up to us as we sat...

「Loved the self check in. The public areas and bedrooms are great, very quirky. Only thing I was unhappy about was it was not too clear about free parking at weekends. I paid via the app and was only when in the room the note was there advising of this. Will definitely return 」

「We had a wonderful 14 day stay in a 1-bedroom apartment on the top floor. The area around the Mansion is beautiful, walkable nature parks and fields. It is very quiet and secluded in a safe, clean area close to shopping and eateries. The restaurant at the mansion - Becketts was such a bonus to our stay. Everything we ordered was delicious and the Full English Breakfast was a huge hit for my husband, and I really enjoyed the Avocado toast and then there was the dessert case...so yummy! The room...

「Not price worthy as when there is a cruise coming, it raises its prices by 3 times ! The receptionists are not too friendly and helpful !」
