「The showers are hard to get out of. They are dangerous. Soap gets on the floor and the water goes all over the bathroom floor. There is nothing to help balance older people. There are many bars on the wall. The TV was hard to figure out.」

It was on "dry" when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Changing the temperature setting did not make a difference. I tried switching to "cool" which did make it less frigid, but it also weirdly made the room feel more humid. We were never able to get it adjusted to a comfortable setting. 「Pool, closed. Ice machine, out. Laundry room, OOO. Tv in our room, not working at all. Fine, it was a one night stay. My mom’s room had flooring. Doesn’t look like they ever moped it. Ever! We had carpet. Not too bad. Beds were comfy. Big and spacious room. Good for a day, other than that, I don’t know if I would stay there. Staff in registration were so nice!」
