「Room was very hot upon arrival, air conditioning didn’t work very well. No towels were let when room was cleaned. Someone stomping on floors on room above all night long. Refrigerator did not work.」

「The showers are hard to get out of. They are dangerous. Soap gets on the floor and the water goes all over the bathroom floor. There is nothing to help balance older people. There are many bars on the wall. The TV was hard to figure out.」
