「Very clean and the staff were all very nice and helpful」

「The only place you need to stay in Ada. Live music the night we arrived was a plus. We were rushed the morning we stayed and couldn’t find the breakfast, but it had to be there somewhere.」

「Outlets were sparking when you plugged things in. Light kept going out in desk. Staff needs to better control unruly children destroying property in the game area. Wedding party was out of control. One guy was drunk and passed out, members from party put him on luggage rack and wheeled him around, neither staff member even cared to address these issues. 「The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.」

「Breakfast was great (and early), pool area looked clean but the hot tub smelled bad. New washer & dryer, which we needed to use. Room & bathroom were clean! Front desk staff was not always around, we left without checking out and when checking in, the person was a bit all over the place as their shift just started and no one else was around.」

「The lobby reeked of smoke. The exterior was dirty. The hallway smelled awful and needed new everything. Once inside the room there were almost no amenities. The room was fairly clean and didn't smell as bad. The beds were fine. The bath was not ideal but expected for the price. I don't think I would stay again.」
