「We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The ladies at check-in were incredibly helpful and fun, which made for a warm welcome right from the start. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and everything was kept very clean. Overall, a wonderful experience!」

And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. 「The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...
