"Nice place spread out great views from our deck at bay point to bad it was bike weekend on very busy corner . as far as A resort have to say the 35 .00 a day was to much for what they offer the pools were small and they did not offer them to us when we arrived . Great locatin close to town and dinners ..."

"This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture ..."
