「The check in went great. Disappointed that my VIP was a $5 Dunkin’ gift card and the 2 drinks were 2 waters , about a $7 value The rooms definitely need an upgrade. The view of the mountain is great though. 」

「The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. 「Our stay was welcomed by friendly staff. We had a Mountain View room which was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for future trips to North Conway. 」

「Staff was very friendly and nice. The bed was super comfortable. The water pressure was good. Property has beautiful views. Nice area. Decent amount of dining options, walking areas a few miles away. Some areas for improvement is the bathroom. It’s fully functional but very dated and mismatched. The stand up shower stall is a tight fit for an average size person. The rug in the room needed a good deep clean/shampoo. A ceiling fan would be lovely to circulate the airflow. Felt a little stagnant....
