「Extremely clean and beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms and beds were premium quality. Front desk was very helpful and provided excellent tips for local laundry and getting to train station. The best selection of breakfast buffet and special mention to the kitchen staff and chefs - they made excellent made to order omelets and the best coffees! Will visit again! Highly recommended! 「There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant...

「The place was amazing and in a quiet location on Lake Como. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the restaurant was great. The private parking garage is a huge bonus. The only complaint I had, and I can't really even call it that, is that I thought the pool was for the whole hotel. I misunderstood that it's only available to two of the rooms. Had I known that I would have rented one of those rooms. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! Breakfast was amazing!」
