"This is a small guest house in the leafy suburbs. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The food was a bit of an experience as there was not a set menu so you had to order in advance and decide what wanted. But overall it was good."

"I recently stayed at this wonderful property in Harare, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, the property was beautifully maintained, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Harare has many accommodation options, but places with great service and comfort really stand out.  The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. The environment felt peaceful and secure, and the facilities were excellent. A special shout-out to Vimbai, who was an incredible guest coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly during my stay. Her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the experience memorable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring guests feel welcome and well taken care of. If you’re visiting Harare and want a place that combines comfort, great hospitality, and attentive service, I highly recommend staying here. "The room offered was dirty , bath tab , And all floors very dirty had to scrub the bath to enable me to use it. The Television had crackles , picture quality poor and haze in the end I could not connect to any TV channel at all . The hotel safe was broken not able to use to keep vulnerables. Considering that I booked this stay back in September 2025 no effort was made to ensure that I get offered a clean room . The carpets laid along the corridors were all very dusty and smelt due to lack of maintenance. I have been a guest at the Jameson crests on and off for over 10yrars I have noticed that the standards of cleanliness there has gone down , the place is no longer fit for purpose. I cannot fault the reception staff they tried their best to address my concerns "
