「Leading up to our arrival, Livingstone Lodge sent a message about securing transportation since there is no Uber/Lyft service in Victoria Falls, just taxis. The standard rate to and from the airport was $30 USD and it was worth it. By the time we landed, our taxi driver who goes by "Knowledge," was already waiting for us in the arrival area. The entire hotel staff is very friendly, and getting breakfast included as part of our booking worked out great. Our housekeeper, Gamuchirai, was super kind...

「Very good breakfast. Lovely surrounds. Clean and comfortable room. Easy parking. Due to poor roads - pot holes, unmarked lanes, narrow single lanes, frequent unnecessary stops, overloaded trucks - it now takes 4-5 hours to get to hotel from Harare. Road to World View garden is beautiful.and view is excellent. Road is poor and takes unecessary amount of time to go up and back.」

「This company should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia as they overbooked my room even though i booked 3 months prior.. Tried to put me in a budget hotel until i pointed that out. Definitely will never stay or recomend this to anyobr.」
