Property is nice. Location is good. It's a solid 4 star but not a 5. We arrived after 5 pm and our room was not ready. Bathrobes were not in room. Housekeeping failed to empty trash can. Nightly turndown service was a plus. Breakfast was fine.
Guest services, restaurant staff, housekeeping and all staff we encountered were absolutely phenomenal. Professional, polite, friendly and welcoming. It was nice to be back in Zimbabwe after over a decade and to be reminded of what it feels like to be home. Shout out to the Chefs, the food was exceptional both in the main restaurant and at the spa. If Boma id part of the same chain, the entertainment and food were on the same level - absolutely too notch!
Would highly recommend a stay here and I would gladly come back for more. Shout out to Louise, Ronald, Gibson, Owen, Khumbula (hotel), then Pretty, Precious, Kelly, Nokthula (Spa), and finally Busi and a very smiley other lady who came looking for me when I left abruptly (Boma).
We loved the attention to detail. Everything need was considered and addressed. We give it 10 stars. The staff was amazing especially Zebulen, the rooms were luxurious, the food top notch and the views... so peaceful and overlooking the water hole with the sunset. We are planning a teip back to see it after rainy season!
Highly recommend this hotel. Extremely nice staff always making you feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options. The food was great with a lot of vegetarian dishes as well. And everywhere has the view of the watering hole, you never know who you’ll see out there. Beautiful hotel!
Staffs are kind and helpful.
View from balcony was fantastic.
Breakfast was also very nice.
I enjoyed sound of birds and soft breeze every morning.
We stayed 2 night 3 days.
This hotel was absolutely GORGEOUS! I was trying to think of a word that summed it up…tranquil. It was beautiful, quiet, staff was super friendly! Just an overall great experience! We would highly recommend it!
Beautiful property, good restaurant, there are few places with wild animals all around you. The room was beautiful. It is what Disney Animal Kingdom Resort is trying to achieve.
An exceptional property with stunning views and exceptional customer service. The rooms are amazing with exceptional views of the watering hole and super comfortable. The lodge is one of the best experiences one can ask for in Africa.
Very nice, rustic, quaint lodge with a watering hole so we saw many animals. I loved the two-story townhouse-like unit. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I wish we had more time to stay and really enjoy it.
Lovely location and while away from The Falls the setting is tranquil and a good contrast. The staff make this place stand out. Helpful and courtesy one and all.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This place is not handicapped accessible. I was not able to walk all the steps to go up and down to various locations even in your room you had to go down steps from the bathroom to get to the bedroom. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was great
Amazing experience for folks who may not want to go full-on safari but still see wildlife. Especially those with kids (though we were just a couple).
Got to see lots of wildlife every day and evening at the watering hole.
Food was excellent.
