「Excellent location a short walk both ways to the victoria falls and the town centre, but very average hotel in all other ways. The furnishing of the rooms are quite old, the bath rooms especially very basic. Breakfast area is good in outdoor garden. Dinner there is not acceptable, the food is poor and service bad.」

「- the entrance atmosphere felt a bit cold as the half of the common area including the lobby was under renovation - they called us multiple times late evening and early morning to confirm safari details e.g. time or dietary requirements for the lunchbox.. all of this could have been done upon checkin (which we asked) instead of their convenience of time - email responses weren’t particularly helpful so we had to repeat or chase for a few times - upon checkin, they informed that the breakfast...

「This company should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia as they overbooked my room even though i booked 3 months prior.. Tried to put me in a budget hotel until i pointed that out. Definitely will never stay or recomend this to anyobr.」
