This is my second time at the Lodge. Both times I had a very good experience. It is a great place to stay when you want to visit The Victoria Falls. They will arrange special activities for you. Very well managed property. By the way, great breakfast too !!!!

Lovely stay and a lovely property: nicely appointed rooms, very pleasant dining and lobby area, attentive and friendly staff. Owner also came around and met all the guests which was a nice touch. Only downer is the hotel is slightly distant from the town and falls - too far to walk in hot weather. But a great experience and good value for the cost.

Phil, the owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming and provided great information about the area and the history. The Concierge team was great - very knowledgeable about everything that we asked. Breakfas was great. While not next to the falls, it is in a very quiet area and quite easy and cheap to get to/from by taxi. Great value for the cost.

Very well run small inn!

Pamarah is a small, clean, comfortable, well run inn. It gets consistently very high reviews because it deserves them. Although only 9 rooms, it has a bar, restaurant and pool. We enjoyed our beer, wine and cocktails, breakfasts and meals. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful if you need help. We had books most activities in advance, but there were a couple that we added or changed and the staff made the arrangements for us. The only critique we can come up with is that a minority of guests might feel like the family that runs Pamarah is overly attentive at times. They want to make sure everything is perfect and that you are having a pleasant time. We felt at times like our parents were checking up on us, except that we were older than the family members and experienced travelers able to look after ourselves and ask if there was anything we needed.

This Lodge went above and beyond of their expectations. Airlines lost our luggages and they were very accommodating even offered to call their personal Doctor to refill any of our medicines. Surprised us with a special towel deco for my wife's birthday like the cruise ship but behind extraordinary. Definitely highly recommended!

The interior is beautiful and bright. The customer service is perfection-the hotel staff were the first to tell me my flight got cancelled, and then proceeded to book me for another night-not to mention one of the attendants offered to be my go between with the airline. I had the privilege of speaking to one of the owners-this is a family-owned business, owned by people who really care about this establishment. I hope to return. If I can give this place ten stars I would.

Bästa hotellet någonsin

Har enbart positiva saker att säga! Vistelsen var underbar! Personalen var fantastisk, de var informativa, behjälpliga och så måna om oss. När de fick reda på att vi hade smekmånad dekorerade de vår säng och gav oss en flaska bubbel som överraskning vilket var så fint att få. Vi vill tillbaka! Taxi behövs på kvällarna då djuren besöker staden efter att solen gått ned och hotellet inte ligger i anslutning till restaurangerna.

We were here for two nights. The room was very nice clean tidy and beautiful breakfast was great. The beds comfortable the staff lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Struttura ben tenuta, personale cordiale e disponibile. Molta cura dei particolari, colazione fantastica. Molto gradito l’aiuto per le escursioni. I’ve travel to a lot of countries and a lot of hotel but I’m his hotel I will always remember because of the owner, he made us feel like family he checked on us everyday and remember us by names. Beautiful place!

We stayed here last week when visiting Victoria Falls and can’t recommend it enough! It’s an absolutely beautiful place and every single member of staff was so kind and friendly. The food was superb and so were the drinks. It was extremely quiet, very clean and all around just a beautiful place that’s only a short walk from the main town.
