The staff were professional and engaging. The standard rooms were spacious, large, clean and comfortable. There is a food court nearby and it is walking distance to the CBD and also to shopping centres like Fife Avenue Shops. I would happily stay there again. Secure parking inside a gated complex makes it very safe.

The room was clean and tidy with hot water for the shower. Kingdom at reception was helpful. I wish they gave me more leniency on my request for late check out. I did not require parking services during this stay, so cannot rate.
