Good place to stay

Only stayed for one night but the experience was good ,the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean so was the bedding. Although the food was great it is incredibly overpriced ,they would work on that.

The room offered was dirty , bath tab , And all floors very dirty had to scrub the bath to enable me to use it. The Television had crackles , picture quality poor and haze in the end I could not connect to any TV channel at all . The hotel safe was broken not able to use to keep vulnerables. Considering that I booked this stay back in September 2025 no effort was made to ensure that I get offered a clean room . The carpets laid along the corridors were all very dusty and smelt due to lack of maintenance. I have been a guest at the Jameson crests on and off for over 10yrars I have noticed that the standards of cleanliness there has gone down , the place is no longer fit for purpose. I cannot fault the reception staff they tried their best to address my concerns
