「The room was big and clean!」

「We have stayed here multiple times in the past 2 months and always find it clean and quiet. The staff is exceptionally friendly.」

「My stay was not very comfortable. The air conditioner was caked with dust/dirt, the paint from the wall was bubbling, falling off the wall, there were holes in the shower, there was such a big gap underneath the door someone literally could have laid down, looked under my door and seen inside the room. My room also had bugs! The cleaning staff was also loud as all get out all hours of the night, slamming doors, slamming their rolling cart all down the hallways. I paid almost $200 for two nights...

「I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. It was close to the Mall and the Civic Center. I only stayed one night but the staff really made an impression on me. The front desk clerk, Chautona McZeal was Awesome! She was very kind and helpful. You would never guess that it was her 1st day on the job. My room was prepared by Mattie and she did a great job. She even met me in the parking lot to make sure that everything was OK with the room. Excellent Customer Service!」

「Clean room, staff was polite and helpful.The a/c was wonderful and plenty of hot water. Parking is minimal and tight and in need of new surface. Morning hot coffee and muffins were great especially the hot coffee. The building needs some love and maintenance however the bed was clean and cozy.」

「It is too dirty. A lot dust in the top of the toilet. No small towels for us. even have spider web in the cover of the toilet. Crazy. 」

「No pool, and the breakfast...well, the orange and apple juices were both warm, there was cereal no milk. And, there were only little honey buns, nothing else!! The coffee was ok but there was no regular sugar and no creamer. I was very disappointed 😞 My door to my room had to be slammed shut and pulled hard if you're trying to get out of the room. Bed was comfortable. The ice machine.....oh my, it smelled awful, couldn't use it for drinks, had to go to the store just for ice.」
