"Well to start our door was open upon check in. There was no hot water for at least 30 min and when called in they knew of this issue for weeks it sounds. The breakfast coffee and hot water was cold as well. The fountain juice was broken. The tv didnt work in room. There was no soap in dispenser. It really has one down. Last time staying here. "

"Room was not the greatest needed a bit more cleaning. Sheets were stained and pillows were hard. Staff was okay but could use a little more professionalism. "

"The room was ok, AC didn’t work that well, cleaning staff stayed slamming doors for hours every single day while they were cleaning rather than just propping them open. Got a surprise charge at the end of my stay and I can’t call the front desk because their number doesn’t work. Will never return."

"This is one of the newer properties so everything was clean and modern and fresh. Slight complaint is it's close to major roadways, so you'll hear typical road noises of cars driving. Also, they are building a new hotel beside it and there is a lot of construction noise. "
