「Outstanding quality rooms for the price, very nice area」

「Strong chemical smell upon entering, which we could smell all night. Hair in the bathroom, hair and dirt in the fridge, sagging mattress. Asked to go to a higher floor and if one was available and was told “no” by the man at the desk. Left and came back around 9:30 to find the rather large parking lot very empty and only a few cars in the front. I realized this is because the top two floors are not being used. 「Our stay was great. It was a nice place to sleep and close to all the locations we wanted to explore. It was a cozy stay and the woman I was communicating with was very friendly. The motel room itself was a little old and not well lit. They did a nice job decorating but you can tell there are some fixes that need to be done. But hey, overall, I would recommend it to someone, it’s just a cozy affordable place to stay. 」

「Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. 「The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but...
