「Hats off to the manager Mark on upgrading this hotel and its services. Clean lobby and hallways. Good housekeeping. Will always be must stay for me when visiting Panama City. 」

「We didn't have a kitchen, when we checked in our room hadn't been cleaned so we had to wait 30 minutes to get another room. Later that night when we came back our room cards didn't work so o had go back to the front desk and tell them that the cards didn't work so they gave me new ones and they didn't work either so we had to wait another 30 minutes on the maintenance to use his key to get in our room. He fixed it. The pool was out of service due to a leak. Won't be going back.」

「Wanna start with the breakfast was amazing! Hotel is in a great area. However during my 7 days the elevator on my side of the building was out for almost half of it . The setup of the building makes you walk a lot . Many of the doors are always locked and the scan codes don’t work . Many visitors stuck at doors and letting each other in . Hot tub was not hot for 3 of the days . Pool is not heated so was really cold but the slide is fun . I pre checked in on the Hilton app the day before . I...

「Rooms smelled freshly cleaned. Staff was lowkey loud in the morning but they were nice. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Easy parking and good location. Would definitely stay here again ,」
