「The resort location is near to the train station. It is convenient and the environment is very comfortable. The resort is very good for relaxation. One thing is needed to improve is lack of staff to manager the swimming pool.」

「nice location, clean and spacious rooms.」

「This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any...

「AVOID!!!! DO NOT USE ANYTHING MANAGED BY DREAM ALGARVE Terrible company that puts profit above customer service. Apartment itself was Ok but NO toilet roll, towels, soap, bin liners, tea towels. We called immediately and asked for some. None were delivered that day so we had to buy towels and toilet rolls. Overall I asked SIX times for the items and by the end of it only towels were delivered (the day before we left) There was of course no extras like tea, coffee and we were told that we...

「Terrible stay. Was supposed to have 2 bedrooms- one if them Was locked. My friend and I were forced to sleep in the same single bed that was available. The management kept on saying they will resolve the issue but never called me back. Seems like a business of many apartments and listings, they don’t really keep track of what’s going on. The listing location in Hotels.com is wrong- it was way out of the center. 」

「We stayed three night in August 2021. This hotel is very close to marina, well maintained and comfortable. Room is spacious with nice bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a roof top swimming pool. It is convenient walking to downtown in 10-15 minutes. Breakfast is not included but I paid 9.5 euro for breakfast. The only reason I gave four star is due to its price, otherwise I will give 5 star.」

「Great stay, room was really nice and clean. Not an intimate hotel but really nice I would go back」

「Clean, large room. Friendly staff. Beautiful hotel」

「Nice on site parking, very nice outdoor pools and lounges, beach access was about a 5 to 10 minute walk. Some live entertainment. A couple of near by beach restaurants. Breakfast was terrific, extensive and included fried eggs and omelets.」

「This was the relaxing portion of our whirlwind vacation, and it was perfect! Lovely hotel in a beautiful residential area away from the crowds, but still just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and engaging, and made us feel very welcome. Loved our bungalow with 2 beautiful patios, although we found the mattress firmer than we like. We spent an entire day enjoying the pools and loungers, and Happy hour with half priced drinks was a bonus. The buffet...

「The water pressure of hot shower is so low in my room. The in room phone is not working. Staffs are friendly and helpful.」

「The breakfast is gorgeous and the interior design of hotel is amazing. 」

「非常好的酒店」

「空間很大讓出國在外渡假也有家的感覺，床很舒適，有廚房可以自己料理。 地點離海邊很近，停車方便，友善的工作人員」

「The location was good and the staff were friendly. While the facilities were a bit dated, overall the room was clean and spacious. There was occasionally a slight smell from the bathroom and some noise from the air conditioner, but the rooftop area was quite nice.」

「super convenient 」
