La chambre correspondait exactement à l’annonce. L’hôtel était magnifique et avait un cachet très attachant. Le personnel était très serviable, poli et accommodant. Les lieux étaient très propres et la piscine bien entretenue. La climatisation fonctionnait super bien. À noter que l’ascenseur est hors service durant la nuit.

This is a great location, right near old town and walkable to everything nearby. The staff was phenomenal! Super Super good with communication and very kind. We would definitely love to return.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful for directions and use of facility. Room was small but adequate for our needs. It was extremely clean and all functional. Pool and area was very clean and relaxing. Mattresses could be due for an update but not a major issue. Wifi was not great. It kept going in and out during our stay. Having no restaurant was okay but a coffee bar would be great asset in the morning. For snacks or a cafe meal there is a large grocery store near by within 5 minutes. Plus there are lots of restaurants and bars within a 7 minute walk at the marina. Street front room was a bit noisy. Overall great value for the price!!

Senza infamia e senza lode. Il punto forte è sicuramente il livello di pulizia appena si arriva rispetto all’odore di fumo stantio di altri vecchi alberghi in portogallo. Il punto debole: rumore di macchine tutta la notte essendo su strada a scorrimento veloce. Pagando 100 euro a notte ci aspettavamo ALMENO: - pulizie effettuate ogni giorno, con bustine di shampoo e balsamo - cassaforte in camera - colazione Nel complesso, riprenoterei solo a un prezzo congruo e proporzionato.

Horrible experience, the place is terrible , broken shower, broken toilet seat, rude staff, unhelpful front office, the place looked like a place out of a ghost town of a scary movie, nothing was memorable from that place. The pictures on Expedia are nothing what the place looks like. So untidy and not recommend this to anyone. They price themselves low to attract clients but it’s not worth a cent. I tried looking for other places right after I reached but it was too late as August is a busy season. Give it ZERO rating. They keep the lights off so save monies. The front door is closed after 5pm. The list of Instructions to follow was like you signed up for a hostel dormitory. I met only one other guest and they were as terrible as I was. A BIG FAT NO for this place. Expedia shouldn’t allow such hosts on its website.

While the rest of the hotel staff were pleasant, our experience was completely ruined by the hostile behavior of the manager and a failure of basic hotel services. Unreliable Check-in: We were sent written instructions by the hotel stating that reception would close at 5:00 PM and our key would be in a lockbox. When we arrived, the lockbox was completely empty, leaving us stranded outside. When the manager came out, instead of apologizing for the mistake, he was visibly not happy with us for calling him—despite us simply following the hotel's own instructions. Aggressive & Intimidating Behavior: On August 13, we had a high-value rental bicycle. We politely asked to store it in a secure area or garage overnight. The manager refused, saying it was "too much work," and told us to park it unsecured on the public street. When we tried to bring it to our room to protect it, he confronted us. While we understand hotels have policies against bikes in rooms, his reaction was completely unacceptable. He screamed at us, told us to stop talking, and aggressively demanded to know "what country we were from" while shaking his head in a condescending tone. Hostile Environment: Throughout his tirade, we continuously apologized ("Sorry sir, we didn't mean to upset you"), but he continued shouting at us and refused to let us speak. We felt extremely shaken, intimidated, and uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. We have traveled to many hotels and understand rules but a manager shoul

This hotel was clean and centrally located. Please be aware that they charge 7euros per luggage if you need luggage storage ahead of your check-in. Also, be aware that rooms do not have mini fridges, and some rooms have old and weak A/C units.

Great boutique hotel

This was a really cute hotel! We enjoyed our stay and the staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean. We also spent a bit of time by the pool which was adorable! The hotel is about 20 mins walk across the marina to the main Lagos attractions and a little bit further to the beach but we didn’t mind at all! The value for the price was excellent with free breakfast as a nice added bonus.

The property was very old. The room smelled terrible the entire stay. In the room itself there was only one outlet to plug things in. The hotel is a lot older than shown in the photos online.

The hotel was clean and well located with parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was walking distance to many things. The hotel is however outdated and our AC did not work. A fan was brought to us and that really helped in the month of july.

Hotel razoável, ótimo atendimento, boa localização (está fora do centro mas de fácil acesso). A iluminação é pouca, o hall é escuro, o restaurante também escuro. O café da manhã, bem fraco, não tem sequer ovo mexido ou cozido. Pouca opção de pães.
