Great place to stay. We were upgraded for free and all of the staff were accomadating, friendly, and would gomoutnof the way to make out stay enjoyable.

This is a nice property if you are traveling with kids and just want time at the pool. Otherwise, I would recommend staying in the Old Town. Our room was large, but the bathroom was dim. The color scheme of the property was a bit drab. The breakfast buffet was good.

Great hotel and excellent facilities. Just out of the main town and bars and restaurants area, a short (10mins) walk to the marina but we liked that.

The Vila Gale was very nice for the price - clean, friendly and helpful staff, and good restaurants. The breakfast was included in our pkg and it was very good. We loved the Italian restaurant as well. The hotel was walking distance (along the boardwalk) which was lovely. The bathrooms have no fans, so when you take a shower the whole room becomes wet, that is, all the walls, ceiling and floors (which is quite strange).

Very nice hotel. We checked in on the day Portgual was hit with the blackout, yet all staff remained calm and friendly. They had a back up generator running which allowed us to check in and get something to eat after a terribly stressful day. Pool and kids area facilities were great and its a 5 minute walk to a huge beach (no facilities there) 2 negatives though: cleaning staff pass by very late in the day 3 - 5pm And while the buffet breakfast is great, the bar and italian restaurant offer subpar food

Some of the Exercise equipment needs updating and fixing but was usable. Small room not a lot of equipment. Beach was close, pool area nice and good food options. Lotsa olive trees and fruits on the ground but trees look nice. Town and Marina is close to walk to. Large pool excellent for swimming, not too deep for older kids. Younger kids have a seperate play area far away from large pool. Our first stay, we loved it. Beautiful views from our top floor junior suite. Air conditioned. Easy way to get in and out of room and hotel area. Free outdoor parking. Mostly free parking anywhere you go. Public transport.

Easy access to the beach and a good walk into the town center. Staff were helpful, room was quiet, and buffet breakfast offered a nice variety. Wi-Fi during peaks times was slow to respond, but functioned well during non-peak times (early morning, late evening). Overall, a good value for money and an enjoyable stay in Lagos.

Nice enough hotel. Great spa with steam room, sauna, indoor pool, spraying jets, outdoor pool, playgrounds. Large sprawling property. Indoor garage 3 euros. A bit beaucratic where you need to go to spa office to get and return your pool towels but all in all a nice resort. Need to drive out to get to restaurants, groceries, etc but all close enough.
