「Sehr sauberes, geräumiges und gut isoliertes Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet klein aber vollkommen ausreichend und die Lunchpakete reichhaltig gefüllt. Durch den kostenfreien Parkplatz konnte man das Mietauto sicher abstellen ohne lange suchen zu müssen. Zu Fuß waren es ca. 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Wir würden wiederkommen.」

「Sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit Innen- und Außenpool, Sauna, Fitnessraum, Bar und Restaurant. Alle Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko, wofür das Hotel allerdings nichts kann, ist die Lage bzw. Umgebung. Wenn man immer mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, wird man davon nichts mitbekommen. Wenn man aber gern zu Fuß unterwegs ist und ins Zentrum von Ponta Delgada möchte, muss man unweigerlich eine Straße entlang laufen, die als etwas unsicher...

「The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant food was great, especially the breakfast buffet and the fresh inlets, but the wait staff was not equally as good. They seemed bothered by any request. The pool was not usable. It was dirty with dead bugs floating on the surface. We didn’t see a single person in the pool during our entire visit. The location was close enough to town but we would stay somewhere else if we came back. There are a bunch of boutique hotels outside of town with beautiful...

「We liked the private hot tub, especially since the weather was too cold to swim. The room had a kitchenette, which we appreciated since there's no room service and it was 20 minute walk to town. A car is definitely needed for Sao Miguel. The room was cleaned very well, but people aren't very careful and we could see stains on the sofa even though the hotel is relatively new. There was a somewhat small smart TV in the room, but it worked well. Breakfast was basic but included with the reservation...

「Passal hostel was a great stay. A very close convent walk to the city center and a 15min walk to the mall. Most of all Paulo was amazing, upon my arrival he helped me with everything I needed, while also assisting other guest. If I could give Paulo himself five stars I would. I will be staying there again.」

「The Antillia hotel was a very nice hotel with very large rooms. The room actually was the size of a small apartment with one room with beds and the other room had a kitchenette, fridge, couch, kitchen table & chairs. My only issue was that our air conditioner did not work properly from the first day & after asking them to send someone to look at the issue, in the end they just gave us a fan!」
