「The room was very clean. The linens on the bed were wonderful. The housekeeping staff and supervisors were amazing. The hotel lobby staff were so helpful and so kind. The only downfall was the weird way the entry was. Taxis, bringing me home had difficulty figuring out where to drop me off and I was actually dropped off on the road a couple of times. I liked the layout of the room. We had a view of the plaza between hotels. The only major downfall was trying to figure out the heater...

「The concept for this is accommodation is interesting it’s like an easy style hotel there is no reception you have a code and this enables you to take your key from a safe on the wall However unwelcoming this May seem the accommodation was very modern stylish comfortable and clean the room was very large as it is a shop conversion its was a comfortable place to stay and was very well priced for Vienna it is a great location walking distance to everywhere we had a problem with a smelly shower...

「房間隔局超棒，整體服務好到不行。早餐也不錯。裡面的服務人員都好貼心。我是一人旅行，很少找到有單人房的valuable package。這間旅館不但有提供，也不會因為我只有一個人入住對我服務打折。 地點超榜，樓下就有subway , tram都可以搭。去哪都好方便。到重要景點區也只需要走路15分鐘以內！超棒，晚上聽音樂會回來也不會很遠，大約都是地鐵五分鐘以內的距離（1-2站就到了）以後再去維也納還會再住。」
