"Was told we didn't need to reserve the shuttle, just to go down 10 min early but when we got there was told the shuttle was full. There was no urgency to go and return by the driver. Said he'd return in about 10-12 minutes....30 minutes later, he still wasn't back. We ended up getting an Uber. Room had a slight cigarette smoke smell and was not clean. It's also pretty noisy all night. "

"Everything was fine - the staff were vey friendly and helpful. The is no breakfast service, per se. There is a restaurant, but expensive for breakfast. The water pressure was very low and the hot water basically not available - lukewarm at best. The staff said this was a city problem..."
