「We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! 「Got this as a gift for our anniversary. This is really a wedding venue and most folks seem to stay for the wedding and are up late and making noise and then out the next day. We had a 2 night stay - no room cleaning service for the price. We were just around corner from reception which doubles as a wine bar in afternoon, hangout in evenings and breakfast bar in am. 「I was very disappointed with my stay at The Shore House. The room service was poor, and the housekeeping staff was unprofessional. When I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, the maids rolled their eyes, spoke to each other in Spanish, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them instead of helping a guest. 「One dude of the property is beside a fast food and ice cream bar and for some reason they play music extremely loud our first morning it was 8.45am the second morning was 8am it was quite disturbing and took away any tranquil feeling I had and wanted. Our third morning I don’t know what time they started as we left the night before so we could sleep in and not be woken by loud music. Our room number was 114 avoid it if you don’t like to hear loud music.」

「We stayed for four nights in the beautiful bayside room. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with pro tips for what to do in the area that day, as well as the common rooms to hang out. The location is very convenient for walking to restaurants, the Jamestown harbor, and driving over to Newport. We are sad to leave and look forward to coming back.」

「They only had stairs as we needed an elevator We attempted to shorten our stay from 5 nights to two and the ow er refused So we left and were charged!!! They suggested moving us to 3 different rooms 2 different rooms each night on the 1st floor and the. Back upstairs? Made no sense.!!! They would have had plenty of time to rerent the room ?」

「Brian was an excellent host. He provided great restaurant recommendations, He recommended the pre-purchase of tickets to Breakers which turned out to be a wonderful recommendation. Also recommended Rosecliff as a second house to to tour which we enjoyed. The breakfast prepared after our one night stay was vey good. Th location is close to shopping on Thames Street.」
