「The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise. 」

「This property is a functioning convent but it is not obvious to the traveler. Rooms and facility are exceptionally clean. The area of Rome is very safe. A lovely breakfast is included. Simple but not lacking in quality. We have stayed there two other times and will stay again.」

「這次住宿的是四樓的房間，大小部分是可接受的，但天花板的斜面總是一不注意就會撞到，有點惱人。浴室淋浴的水很小，淋浴間地板很滑需要特別小心。除此之外，服務人員服務態度很好，地點離車站很近很方便。附近有間越南餐館味道不錯，很適合吃膩義大利菜的亞洲人。」

「離火車站非常近，交通方便，我們住的是四人房，是天台頂樓的房間，房間外有個陽台。服務人員也很有禮貌和親切！雖然火車站附近人流比較複雜，但飯店附近都還好！下次到羅馬都會考慮！」

「Very nice and comfortable family-run hotel. We got to the hotel about 2 hours early and extremely tired after driving all morning and they let us check-in early with no issues. It’s clean, quiet, and only about a mile walk from the Coliseum. The only issue we had was the WiFi. It was too slow. Normally I wouldn’t care, but our cell phone service was already bad in that area so I was relying on the WiFi to work. Other than that, highly recommend this place!」

「Very reasonable price with its location just 5 mins walk to Terminis station. There are lots of restaurant or pizzaria around and a supermarket(incoop, the name of it) to get some supplies such as water. Just make sure you get yourself the right place to check in. Its Hotel Ciao to stay, but you need to check in/out at Hotel Luciani which is about 2 mins walking distance between each other. The room we stayed is pretty big. We have 2 big suitcases, even you open the suitcases there's still...
