「雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險」

「We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. 」

「The staff is very friendly and helpful．she introduced restaurants and grocery store next to the property. Everything is good except The shower space is too small.」

「Overall good and comfortable stay for a family of 3. Air conditioned room. A bit noisy sometimes from the street. One suggestion I do have is to add some plates, bowls and pots in the kitchen. The small kitchen and stove is there but there is nothing to use. At least plates and fork and knife would have been nice. 」

「Property was great, especially for a small family or a group of friends. There are great people that manage it and we found 4 grocery stores with a few minutes of walking. Train and metro station is a short walk that will take you everywhere you want to go. Skytower is definitely a place that we would book again if ever back in Rome. Thanks Massimo 」

「The apartment is big, very tidy and clean. All I need is fully equipped. It is convenient to get to the attractions because it is close to tram station. I can tell the owner is passion for running the B&B through the decorations inside the apartment. It is definitely the best B&B I have ever stayed in Italy.」

「Had a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma.」

「Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit 2 seperaten Schlafzimmern und optional einer Couch zum Ausziehen. Alles neu und super eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit dem Geistservice war hervorragend und hat problemlos funktioniert. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten ans Colloseum. Von da aus kann man wunderbar die restliche Stadt erkunden. Alternativ befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus die Straßenbahn & Bushaltestelle. 」
