「The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. 「Lovely apartment. Clean, cheap and really accessible to the busy part of Salou. Pool is fantastic. Would fully recommend to anyone who wants to go self catering in Salou.」

「Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning.」

「The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.」
