「Amazing welcoming staff even though we were a late check in !」

「For a standard overnight, it met all expectations with it being a clean, quiet facility with the standard hotel breakfast offerings. Where it really stood out was the large pool and the best hotel hot tub I have seen in a long time. Big and hot. Lol. And the jets worked as expected. These days it seems like a pleasant surprise when everything goes the way you expect it to and here, everything was good.」

「Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. 「This was our third stay. We were unaware when booking the room of a major interior remodeling taking place that affected the restaurant and bar - two of the nicest assets of the hotel. This definitely impacted the quality of our stay. However, the front desk staff made a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant that served a very memorable dinner.」
