"The house was amazing, great amenities including bath, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioners on both floors. The hosts were really nice people. The place was right by a train station. An amazing Jamaican fusion ramen place right around the corner. No complaints whatsoever. The stay was perfect, would totally stay here again if I’m visiting Kyoto."

"This was a charming little place very close to the river, restaurants and shopping and just a short walk to the subway. Check-in was easy, staff was nice and the rooms were well-designed, cozy and clean. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely return. "

"We had an amazing 3 day stay at Art Mon Zen. From the moment we arrived to leaving, the staff were exceptional and extremely attentive. Probably the best hotel stay in Japan. Overall, the room was very comfortable and relaxing after a long day visiting all the sensational sights in Kyoto. "The hotel was fantastic. It was in a great location close to transport and with plenty of dining options nearby. There was a bakery downstairs so that was a perfect destination for breakfast. The rooms were clean and a decent size. We booked 2 rooms and requested that they be next to one another and this was easily accommodated beforehand. Highly recommend this hotel!"
"Excellent facilities, very comfortable rooms and great service the whole time. Great location as well and all around good value. Would stay again for sure. "
"We loved our stay at Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto so much that we decided to come back for another night! The hotel is in a great location near some temples and shopping. The rooms were spacious, quiet, clean, and had comfortable beds. The laundry was convenient to wash and dry clothes. There was a kettle to make coffee and matcha tea. The rooftop lounge has nice views, plus the restaurant and bakery were great, too! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Kyoto!"
