Rented the presidential suite 501. It was spacious and perfect for our family of four adults. The area is residential and not super convenient to dining options. You can walk to two different transportation lines but we used uber and it was reasonable and comparable in price for four persons. The only thing that could have been better was a thorough cleaning of the carpet and sofa which had stains on it.. Beds were great. Neighborhood is quiet and well priced.

Great stay

We had an amazing experience with the hotel. The room was very spacious, had a kitchenet and even a washer machine. Everything was very clean. Hotel check in and out was very easy. Furthermore, they were able to hold our bags for us after checkout before we had to leave town.

I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, which offered a breathtaking 360-degree view. It was great to watch the sunrise and sunset. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a separate room behind sliding doors. The location of the hotel was a 20-minute brisk walk from Kyoto Station. It’s hidden away in a quiet area.

Pleasant stay outside the main areas of Kyoto.

The hotel room was very large and fairly clean however it could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom is very impressive - best shower I’ve had in a hotel. I would prefer a place that offers housekeeping however I knew that going into it. The roof top was lovely. It’s quite fair from the main areas of Kyoto but was closely connected by train (10 min walk to station). Very close to Fushi Inari.

We enjoyed our stay at Randor Residential Hotel. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. We would recommend the hotel for convenience as it is super close to the train station, which is ideal for going to Kyoto station and other parts of Kyoto. There seemed to be a lack of cleanliness around the kitchen and bathroom area. But overall the apartment was clean and it did fit our needs well.

Lovely apart-hotel, wish we had stayed longer. 10-15m walk to the nearest station, with a few good options for food near there too
